Our Classes



FIX

Our signature class. A 30 min high intensity, full body workout. No two classes are the same! 


FUSION YOGA

Fun, contemporary yoga.

Improve flexibility, mobility and strength. Recover properly from training and be proactive against injury. Breath work and relaxation included.


HEAVY

Build functional strength and power . A focus on kettlebells, barbells and other lifting implements. Gains are guaranteed.


OLY-OPEN

Olympic barbell lifting class, followed by open floor time. Spend time working on skills and drills to get comp ready while an L2 coach is present.


TEAM METCON

Rxd style WODs. Suitable for members who compete, and for those at an intermediate skill level that have a good understanding of Oly lifting and metcons.


L-ZONE

A gentler way to exercise. Working on fitness, mobility, strength and balance to improve quality of life and independent living. Perfect for the elderly and people with long term conditions.


ENCORE

A 30 min mash up of all our best GJ workouts from the week before. This is a wicked workout!


MIX-FIT

Will it be a FIX class or MEKANIX (bodyweight only)? Either way you’re going to get a high intensity full body workout. Good vibes all round.


WOD-FIX

Olympic lifting tech and accessory work, followed by a spicy metcon.


SUMMER BODY BOOTCAMP

Mainly zone 2- 3 training... fat burning through steady state cardio and a mix of heavy and mid range volume lifting. 


SPRING-FIT

Think higher reps lower weights lifting, mixed with high intensity cardio. Get sweaty this spring.
